This Privacy Policy explains how Spawn Video Publisher (“the Service,” “we,” “us”), operated by 3 Lil Monkey’s Inc. (“EchoSpawn”), collects, uses, and protects information when you connect your TikTok account and use the Service to publish your own content.

1. Who we are

Spawn Video Publisher is a content-management tool that helps a creator publish their own short-form video content to their own connected social media accounts, including TikTok. The Service is operated by 3 Lil Monkey’s Inc. For any privacy questions, contact us at r3spawning@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

When you authorize the Service to connect to your TikTok account, we access only the information necessary to provide the Service:

Basic TikTok profile information (via the user.info.basic scope): your TikTok open ID, display name, and avatar. We use this to confirm which account you have connected and to show you the destination account before publishing.
Content you choose to publish: the video files, captions, titles, and tags that you select to publish to your own TikTok account.
Authorization tokens: the OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by TikTok that allow the Service to perform the specific actions you authorize.

We do not collect TikTok data about other users, your followers, your direct messages, or analytics beyond what is described here.

3. How we use information

We use the information solely to:

Authenticate your TikTok account and confirm the destination account for publishing.
Upload the videos and metadata you select to your own TikTok account or drafts, at your direction.
Maintain the connection by refreshing an expired access token using the refresh token.

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, resale, or any purpose unrelated to publishing your own content at your request.

4. How we share information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share information only:

With TikTok, as necessary to perform the publishing actions you authorize, through TikTok’s official APIs.
As required by law, or to comply with a valid legal process.

5. Data storage and security

Authorization tokens are stored securely on infrastructure controlled by the operator and are used only to perform the actions you authorize. Access tokens are short-lived; refresh tokens are stored only for as long as the integration remains connected. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect stored credentials against unauthorized access.

6. Data retention and deletion

Video files and captions are transmitted to TikTok at the time of publishing and are not retained by the Service beyond what is needed to complete the upload.
Authorization tokens are retained until you disconnect the integration or revoke access.
You may revoke the Service’s access at any time from your TikTok account settings (“Manage app permissions”) or by contacting us. Upon revocation or request, we delete the associated authorization tokens.

7. Your TikTok data and TikTok’s policies

The Service’s use and transfer of information received from TikTok APIs adheres to TikTok’s Developer Terms of Service and applicable platform policies. Your use of TikTok remains governed by TikTok’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

8. Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
