These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Spawn Video Publisher (“the Service”), operated by 3 Lil Monkey’s Inc. (“EchoSpawn”). By connecting your account and using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Spawn Video Publisher is a content-management tool that enables a creator to publish their own short-form video content to their own connected social media accounts, including TikTok, through those platforms’ official APIs.
You authorize the Service to access your connected accounts only to the extent necessary to perform the actions you request, such as confirming your account identity and uploading content you select. You may revoke this authorization at any time through the relevant platform’s settings.
You agree to use the Service only to publish content that you own or are authorized to publish, and that complies with the terms, policies, and community guidelines of the destination platform, including TikTok’s. You agree not to use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content, or in any manner that violates a platform’s terms.
You retain all rights to the content you publish through the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to publish and for ensuring you hold the necessary rights to publish it.
The Service interacts with third-party platforms such as TikTok. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of third-party platforms.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that content will be published without delay or error.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3 Lil Monkey’s Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
